Terms of use
The rules that apply to this website, our quotes and our enquiries.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Using this site
You may browse, print and share these pages for your own business evaluation. You may not scrape the site at scale, copy its design or content for a competing service, or attempt to interfere with its security or availability.
2. Information is not a binding quote
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not offers. A binding price exists only in a written quote signed by InternetStop that states the service, term, installation charges and monthly recurring cost. Carrier availability, survey results and credit approval can change a quote before signature.
3. Third-party carriers and vendors
We are an independent agency, not a carrier. Services we arrange are delivered by third parties under their own terms, tariffs and service levels. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any carrier named on this site. Where we act as your advocate, we do so commercially — we cannot override a carrier’s regulated terms.
4. Service levels
Uptime percentages, response windows and installation timelines shown on this site are targets or typical ranges. Contractual service levels apply only where they are written into a signed carrier agreement or statement of work.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate site and contact information, to obtain any landlord or building-management approvals required for installation, and to keep access available for scheduled work. Delays caused by missing access or inaccurate information may affect install dates and costs.
6. Intellectual property
The InternetStop name, logo, written content and site design are our property or used with permission. Carrier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InternetStop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability relating to delivered services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Jefferson County, Texas, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
