Business VoIP & Hosted PBX
A phone system that follows your team, not the other way around.
- From $24 per seat / mo
- Design in 5–10 business days
- Carrier-neutral sourcing
Your phone system should not decide how your business operates. We design hosted VoIP around the way calls actually arrive — sales lines, service queues, after-hours coverage and the one person who always gets transferred twice.
We handle the carrier selection, number porting, handset configuration and training. You get a system your team can use on day one, with no capital outlay on a PBX that will be obsolete before it is paid off.

FAQ
Business VoIP questions, answered.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Number porting is included in every VoIP project. We submit the port request, coordinate the losing carrier and schedule cutover outside business hours so calls keep flowing.
What internet speed do we need?
Plan on roughly 100 kbps up and down per concurrent call, plus headroom for normal browsing. A 100 Mbps symmetrical circuit comfortably supports 25–30 simultaneous calls.
Do we have to buy new phones?
Not always. Most SIP-compatible handsets can be re-provisioned. Where hardware is end-of-life we quote replacements at cost with no long-term device lock-in.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls fail over to mobile apps or a backup circuit automatically. We can also add a 4G/5G failover router so inbound calls keep ringing during an outage.
