Carrier-neutral telecom agency · Southeast Texas & nationwide

Southeast Texas · Nationwide

The agency behind the uptime.

InternetStop exists because business telecom is sold by the carrier, installed by a subcontractor and supported by nobody. We put one accountable team around all three.

Why we exist

Nobody was answering for the whole thing.

A typical 40-person business deals with an ISP, a phone vendor, a cabling contractor and a managed IT firm. When calls break, each one points at the other three.

We built InternetStop to sit on your side of that table. One team audits the circuits, designs the voice and network layer, runs the carrier bids and owns the ticket when something fails. Our incentive is not to sell a specific network — it is to keep the account working so you renew it.

That means fewer vendors, fewer invoices, and a named human who knows which closet the fibre terminates in.

Operating principles

Four rules we do not bend.

These are the commitments that decide how we quote, install and support.

One owner per account

A named strategist and engineer stay with you. No reassignment lottery when your contact leaves.

Numbers before nouns

Every recommendation comes with bandwidth, seat counts and a monthly figure attached.

No trap terms

If a contract auto-renews silently or hides install fees, we renegotiate it or walk away.

Answer, then fix

Critical outages get a human response in minutes — even when the fault sits with a carrier.

Working with us

What you should expect — and what we will not do.

Telecom has a reputation for surprises. We would rather lose a deal than add to it.

  • A written scope, install date and monthly cost before any order is placed.
  • Carrier options priced side by side, including the cheapest one that works.
  • Commission disclosure if a carrier pays us on your account.
  • Documentation at handover: circuits, numbers, rack layout and escalation contacts.
  • A quarterly review of spend, tickets and upcoming renewals.

What we will not do

  • Sell you a circuit you do not need to hit a quota.
  • Lock hardware behind a five-year lease you cannot exit.
  • Quote a price that changes after the site survey.
  • Disappear after the commission lands.
If we cannot improve on what you already have, we will say so and send you the audit anyway.
