How long does installation take?
Where fibre already reaches the building, 15–30 business days is typical. New construction or a carrier build can take 60–120 days; we map the path and give you a realistic date before you sign.
Can you beat our current ISP quote?
Often, yes — especially at renewal. Send us the current invoice and contract end date and we will benchmark every carrier with fibre at the address.
Is fibre available at our address?
Send the service address and we will run availability against the carriers we work with, including fixed wireless where fibre is not yet built.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-site contracts can aggregate spend across locations under one master agreement with per-site SLAs.
