How InternetStop works
Last updated: October 29, 2026
We are an independent service, not a provider
InternetStop helps US households compare and request internet, TV, home phone, mobile and home security service. We do not own or operate a network, we do not install service, and we do not bill you for service. Any service you order is supplied under the provider's own terms and prices.
How provider names and logos are used
- A provider's name, logo, pricing or page appears on this site only after that provider has approved our use of it in writing; the approval is kept on file.
- Logos are shown in the provider's own colours, unaltered and not stretched.
- Wording about a provider's service comes from that provider's own materials.
- A logo on this site does not, on its own, mean the provider endorses anything beyond the offer described on its page.
How availability is decided
Availability is set by service address, not by state or city. A ZIP code check compares your code against the coverage lists we hold. It is an estimate: the exact street, unit and building decide the speed and equipment the provider can install. If our list does not cover your code, the site says so rather than guessing.
How we are paid
When a household orders service through InternetStop, the provider may pay us a referral fee. You do not pay InternetStop for the check or the call, and the price you pay the provider is the price the provider sets. Where a provider has not approved a page, no provider is named or priced.
Prices shown on this site
We show a price only when it is documented. Each price is shown with its basis: per month, the term it applies to, and whether taxes, fees and equipment are extra. Where no documented price exists for your address, the site says “call for pricing”.
No invented claims
This site does not display customer counts, star ratings, awards, guarantees or testimonials unless they can be documented. If you see a number on this site, it should be traceable to a source we can show you.

Referral-fee wording is a working draft. Confirm the compensation description with counsel and with each provider's approval terms before launch.
