Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 29, 2026
InternetStop wants every visitor to be able to check availability and request a quote, including visitors who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice input.
Our standard
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means, in practice:
- Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, and large text at least 3:1.
- Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Form inputs have programmatic labels, and errors are described in text rather than by colour alone.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Headings follow a logical order, one level 1 heading per page.
- The page can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content or function, and reflows at 320px width.
- Animation stops when the operating system requests reduced motion; the provider logo strip becomes a static row.
- Page structure is marked up with landmarks, a skip link, and a language attribute.
How this was checked
- Keyboard-only walkthrough of every page, including the ZIP form, service menu and quote form.
- Contrast measured against the brand palette on white, tint and dark surfaces.
- Automated structural checks for labels, landmarks, heading order and alternative text.
- Manual reading of the form flow with a screen reader to confirm the order of announcements.
Known limitations
- Provider logo images are supplied by the providers. Their contrast and internal text are outside our control.
- Third-party pages reached from this site, including provider order pages, are governed by that provider's accessibility statement.
